§ 1053.155. DISCLOSURE OF SALE OR LEASE TERMS.
Official statutory text
The presiding officer of the board shall disclose the terms of the proposed sale or lease of a facility described by Section 1053.152 not later than the 30th day before the date of an election held under this subchapter. The disclosure must include both oral and written agreements relating to the sale or lease.
