§ 21.051. DISTRICT TERRITORY.

Official statutory text

Unless the district territory has been modified under this subchapter, Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code, or other law, the district's territory consists of Rains, Upshur, and Wood Counties and the portion of Smith County north of Interstate Highway 20.
