§ 21.251. AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, AND REPAIR CONTRACTS.

The district may contract with any person to construct, renovate, repair, or make improvements to any district works, improvements, waste disposal, treatment, or other facilities, plants, pipelines, equipment, and appliances.
