§ 21.307. WASTE DISPOSAL CONTRACTS.

(a) The district may contract to receive and to treat or dispose of waste from a person in the district.
(b) The district shall set fees in the contract after considering:
(1) the quality of the waste;
(2) the quantity of the waste;
(3) the difficulty encountered in treating or disposing of the waste;
(4) operation and maintenance expenses and debt retirement services; and
(5) any other reasonable consideration.
