§ 111.0045. USE OF OUTSIDE PERSONNEL; DELEGATION OF POWERS.

Official statutory text

(a) As necessary to enhance productivity, the comptroller may employ or contract for the services of accountants, assistants, auditors, clerks, information technology specialists, and investigators to:

(1) provide or use the equipment acquired under Subchapter G; and

(2) assist with the administration of this code.

(b) The comptroller may delegate to persons employed or contracted under this section the power to perform duties as required.
