§ 201.453. INITIATION OF INVESTIGATIONS.

The compliance office may only initiate an investigation based on:
(1) authorization from the commission;
(2) approval of the director of the compliance office;
(3) approval of the executive director or deputy executive director of the department; or
(4) commission rules.
