§ 202.030. APPROVAL OF TRANSFERS.

(a) The attorney general must approve a transfer or conveyance that is made under this subchapter if the value of the real property transferred or conveyed is $100,000 or more.
(b) The state's right to full and exclusive right of possession of all retained rights-of-way may not be infringed or lessened in any way by a transfer or conveyance made under this subchapter.
