§ 21.109. REVIEW AND REVISION OF AVIATION FACILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.

The commission, with the advice of the aviation advisory committee, shall:

(1) periodically review the capital improvement program to determine the need to:

(A) revise the system development criteria;

(B) add or delete aviation facility requirements;

(C) revise program priorities; and

(D) add, delete, or revise the scope of projects in the program; and

(2) revise the program at least annually.
