§ 251.055. EXTENDING FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD IN ADJOINING COUNTY.
Official statutory text
A county that determines that it would significantly benefit from the extension of a farm-to-market road in an adjoining county may contract with the adjoining county for the extension and agree to pay all or part of the cost that the adjoining county necessarily incurs in extending the road.
