§ 257.111. PURCHASE OF IMPROVED ROADS.

(a) A road district established under this subchapter may purchase or take over an improved road previously constructed by a county or by another road district.
(b) A district may purchase or take over a road under Subsection (a) only in the manner provided by Subchapter D, Chapter 1471, Government Code, except that a petition is not required to be filed.
