§ 317.153. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS.
Official statutory text
The governing body of a municipality by ordinance may issue revenue bonds under this chapter to refund outstanding original or refunding revenue bonds issued by the municipality under this chapter and the accrued interest on those bonds.
