§ 365.014. RIGHT OF FREE ACCESS OR PASSAGE.

Official statutory text

A district operating a toll road shall give to property that had access to and right of free passage on the road on or before August 28, 1989:

(1) free access to the toll road; or

(2) an alternative right of passage.
