§ 391.181. POWERS AND METHODS OF ACQUISITION.

(a) The commission may acquire by gift, purchase, exchange, or condemnation any right or property interest that it considers necessary or convenient to implement this chapter.
(b) The exercise of the power of eminent domain authorized by this chapter is the same as that authorized by Subchapter D, Chapter 203.
(c) Real property owned by the state is subject to this chapter.
