§ 431.106. PUBLIC SAFETY RULES.
Official statutory text
A local government that creates a local government corporation may establish and enforce traffic and other public safety rules on a toll road, toll bridge, or turnpike of the corporation. Local governments that jointly create a local government corporation may jointly establish and enforce those rules.
