§ 441.013. SUBMISSION OF PRELIMINARY PLAN.

Before submitting a petition to create a district under Section 441.018, a person must submit a preliminary plan for each road facility the district is to construct, acquire, or improve to each governmental entity to which the road facility is to be conveyed.
