§ 463.312. EFFECT OF CREATION ON COMMUTER RAIL DISTRICT.

On the creation of an authority the boundaries of which overlap the territory of a commuter rail district described by Chapter 174, the commuter rail district is dissolved, and all assets, including property, and all liabilities, including debt and other obligations, of the commuter rail district transfer to and are assumed by the authority.
