§ 121.158. PAYMENT FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND.

All expenses, including witness fees and mileage, employee wages and fees, and the salary and expenses of the chief supervisor of the oil and gas division of the railroad commission incurred by or under authority of the railroad commission or a railroad commissioner in administering and enforcing, or exercising a power under, this chapter shall be paid from the general revenue fund.
