§ 162.053. NAME OF TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE.

Official statutory text

The name of a telephone cooperative must:

(1) include the words "telephone" and "cooperative" and the abbreviation "Inc."; and

(2) be distinct from the name of any other corporation organized under the laws of or authorized to do business in this state.
