§ 162.081. DIRECTOR, OFFICER, OR MEMBER ACTING AS NOTARY.

Official statutory text

A person who is an officer, director, or member of a telephone cooperative and who is authorized to take acknowledgments under state law is not disqualified because of the person's association with the cooperative from taking an acknowledgment of an instrument executed in favor of the cooperative or to which the cooperative is a party.
