§ 253.0201. CONTRACTS FOR POLE ATTACHMENTS.

(a) An electric cooperative that owns a pole may require a broadband provider that attaches a pole attachment to the pole under this chapter to enter into a contract for access to the pole.
(b) The terms and conditions of a contract under Subsection (a) must be consistent with this chapter.
