§ 37.059. REVOCATION OR AMENDMENT OF CERTIFICATE.

(a) The commission may revoke or amend a certificate after notice and hearing if the commission finds that the certificate holder has never provided or is no longer providing service in all or any part of the certificated area.

(b) The commission may require one or more electric utilities to provide service in an area affected by the revocation or amendment of a certificate.
