§ 40.103. PROTECTION OF BONDHOLDERS.

Nothing in this subtitle or any rule adopted under this subtitle shall impair contracts, covenants, or obligations between this state, river authorities, municipalities, and the bondholders of revenue bonds issued by the river authorities or municipalities.
