§ 52.003. COOPERATION WITH OTHER REGULATORY AUTHORITIES.

In regulating the rates, operations, and services of a telecommunications utility providing service in a municipality located on the state line adjacent to a municipality in an adjoining state, the commission may cooperate with the utility regulatory commission of the adjoining state or of the federal government and may hold a joint hearing or make a joint investigation with that commission.
