§ 17.851. PURPOSE.

Official statutory text

The purpose of this subchapter is to provide for the benefit of the public additional methods for financing the conservation and development of water resources of this state including an additional method for making financial assistance available to participants in the conservation and development of water resources of this state. This financial assistance is made available on terms and conditions prescribed by this subchapter, and it is found and determined that this subchapter is in furtherance of a public purpose.
