§ 26.456. UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK ON-SITE SUPERVISOR LICENSING.

(a) A person supervising the installation, repair, or removal of an underground storage tank must hold a license issued by the commission under Chapter 37.
(b) An on-site supervisor must be present at the site at all times during the critical junctures of the installation, repair, or removal.
