§ 5.1733. ELECTRONIC POSTING OF INFORMATION.
Official statutory text
The commission shall post public information on its website. Such information shall include but not be limited to the minutes of advisory committee meetings, pending permit and enforcement actions, compliance histories, and emissions inventories by county and facility name.
