§ 51.051. MASTER DISTRICT GOVERNED BY CHAPTER.

Official statutory text

The provisions of this chapter, where applicable, shall govern a master district in:

(1) the procedure for its creation;

(2) the conduct of its affairs; and

(3) its powers.
