§ 51.167. EXPENSE OF PROCURING COOPERATION AND CONTRIBUTIONS FROM OTHER AGENCIES.

A district may incur reasonable expense to procure cooperation under Section 51.166 of this code in adding to the area of the district or with contributions to the cost of improvements made by the district. The contributions may be either a percentage of cost or a definite annual sum.
