§ 54.018. NOTICE AND HEARING ON DISTRICT CREATION.
Official statutory text
If a petition is filed under Section 54.014, the commission shall give notice of an application as required by Section 49.011 and may conduct a hearing on the application if the commission determines that a hearing is necessary under Section 49.011.
