§ 6.195. NOTICE OF APPLICATION.
Official statutory text
(a) At the time an application requiring action of the board is filed and is administratively complete, the board shall give notice of the application to any person who may be affected by the granting of the application.
(b) The board shall adopt rules for the notice required by this section.
(c) The notice must state:
(1) the identifying number given the application by the board;
(2) the name and address of the applicant;
(3) the date on which the application was submitted; and
(4) a brief summary of the information included in the application.
