§ 10-3-910. Heads of departments and subordinate officers.
Official statutory text
(1) The administration of the police and fire departments shall consist of a chief of each department and other officers, members, employees and agents as provided by ordinance or statute. (2) The heads of the police and fire departments shall be appointed in accordance with Title 10, Chapter 3b, Forms of Municipal Government.
