§ 10-8-78. Crime insurance and reports.
Official statutory text
The governing body of a city may require all municipal officers and agents, elected or appointed, to: (1) obtain crime insurance in relation to the performance of the officers' or agents' duties; and (2) require from every officer of the city at any time a report in detail of all transactions in the officer's office or any matters connected with the officer's office.
