§ 4-32a-207. Fees set by department -- Cost of chronic wasting disease testing.
Official statutory text
(1) The department shall adopt a schedule of fees to cover the cost of this part. (2) The owner of domesticated game slaughtered under this part is responsible for the cost of required chronic wasting disease testing.
