§ 4-46-301. LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Fund.

7/1/2026 (1) There is created a restricted account within the General Fund entitled the "LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account." (2) The LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account shall consist of: (a) appropriations by the Legislature; (b) grants from federal or private sources; (c) revenue paid in accordance with Section 59-2-506, 59-2-511, 59-2-1705, or 59-2-1710; and (d) interest and earnings from the account. (3) The Land Conservation Board created in Section 4-46-201 may use appropriations from the account in accordance with Section 4-46-302.
