Agricultural Council membership terms
Official statutory text
All appointments to the Agricultural Council shall be for a term of four years. No member of the Agricultural Council, except any ex officio member, shall be eligible to serve more than two consecutive terms, except that any person appointed to fill a vacancy may serve two additional consecutive terms after the term of such vacancy that such person was appointed to fill has expired. Any vacancy in the membership of the Agricultural Council shall be filled by the Governor for the unexpired term.
