Official statutory text

No licensee shall engage in the sale of marijuana or marijuana products on the licensed premises of an establishment or marketing or labeling products as marijuana or marijuana products without a decal issued by the Board prominently displayed outside and within such establishment. A licensee violating this section is subject to a civil penalty of $10,000 per day for each day that such decal is not displayed at the establishment in violation of this requirement.
