Department of administration; creation.

Official statutory text

There is created a department of administration under the direction and supervision of the secretary of administration. The secretary of administration shall be appointed on the basis of recognized interest, administrative and executive ability, training and experience in and knowledge of problems and needs in the field of general administration.
