Plans for state buildings, structures or facilities.

Official statutory text

Except as the department otherwise provides by rule, records of the department containing plans or specifications for any state-owned or state-leased building, structure or facility, or any proposed state-owned or state-leased building, structure or facility, are not subject to the right of public inspection or copying under s. 19.35 (1) . If the department transfers any records containing any such plans or specifications to any other authority as defined in s. 19.32 (1) , the department shall require the authority to agree in writing not to make the record available for public inspection or copying except as the department otherwise permits by rule.
