Placement of wind turbines.

Official statutory text

The department shall identify areas in this state where wind turbines, if placed in those areas, may have a significant adverse effect on bat and migratory bird populations. The department shall maintain an Internet website that provides this information to the public and that includes a map of the identified areas.
