Utility public benefits fund.

Official statutory text

There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the utility public benefits fund, consisting of low-income assistance fees received under s. 16.957 (4) (a) and (5) (b) 2. and all moneys received under s. 196.374 (3) (b) 4.
