Official statutory text
Printer’s copy must accompany every requisition. The editors of all state agencies may edit for themselves the matter and form of the contents of the printer’s copy presented by them respectively to the department. All printer’s copy that does not conform to accepted trade practices, and, in the opinion of the department is unsatisfactory, shall be returned to its author for revision and correction. An optical disc copy may be substituted if the document being published is authorized to be reproduced in optical disc format.
