Ninety-seventh assembly district.

Official statutory text

All of the following territory constitutes the 97th assembly district:

(1) Jefferson County. That part of Jefferson County consisting of all of the following:

(a) The towns of Concord, Hebron, Palmyra, and Sullivan.

(b) The villages of Palmyra and Sullivan.

(2) Waukesha County. That part of Waukesha County consisting of all of the following:

(a) The towns of Delafield, Eagle, Genesee, and Ottawa.

(b) That part of the town of Mukwonago comprising U.S. census tract 203802, blocks 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010, 1011, 1012, 1013, 1014, 1015, 1016, 1017, 1018, 1019, 1020, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 3000, 3001, 3002, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3006, 3007, 3008, 3009, 3010, 3011, 3012, 3013, 3014, 3015, 4000, 4001, 4002, 4003, and 4006; and tract 203803, blocks 1070, 1071, 1072, 1074, 1075, 1076, 1080, 1081, 1083, and 1091; and tract 203901, blocks 1000, 1001, 1002, and 1003; and tract 203902, blocks 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1007, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2010, and 2016; and tract 204002, blocks 1046, 1047, and 1079.

(c) The villages of Dousman, Eagle, North Prairie, Oconomowoc Lake, Summit, and Wales.

(d) The city of Delafield.
