Employer criteria.

The department shall establish by rule criteria that an employer providing a Wisconsin works employment position must meet in order to employ a participant under s. 49.147 (3) to (5) . An employer that does not meet the criteria established under this section is ineligible to receive any subsidy for any position provided to a participant.
