Statement of indebtedness to secretary of state.
Official statutory text
Each county, city, village, town, technical college district and school district clerk shall, whenever required by the secretary of state, furnish a full and complete statement showing the bonded and all other indebtedness of the respective county, city, village, town, technical college district or school district, the purposes for which the same was incurred and all accrued interest, if any, remaining unpaid.
