He served as a law clerk at several locations: LAPD’s Police Litigation Unit, California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles, and the United States Attorney’s Office, Tax Litigation Division. Prior to law school, Phillip Lemmons served as a Public Safety Officer at the University of Southern California. Drawing on his law enforcement background and extensive experience as a probate litigator, Phillip Lemmons authored a book titled: “Stealing Home, A Cons Guide To Inheritance Theft.” He has spoken at legal events on various estate planning topics. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the California Bar Association Estates and Trust Section, the Orange County Bar Association Estates and Trusts Section and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Estates and Trusts Section.
