This simply means, we represent minimum wage earners and any other employee who has been legally wronged by their employer. Unlike other attorneys who look for the quick settlement, we litigate until success has been achieved. To put it bluntly, the Law Offices of Scott A Miller, APC is a "no nonsense" law office that does not take "crap" from employers. It is our goal to help the "damned, tormented and wronged" employees.
