Our practice is dedicated to advising clients to "Know Your Rights" in the practices areas of Family Law and Immigration. Experience makes a difference. While many issues can be settled out of court there are some issues where settlement is frustrated and having an attorney who knows his way in court is important. Attorney Medearis has six jury trials, many bench trial and hundreds of court appearances that can aid in resolving legal issues.. For many years we have helped people through tough situations. We have assisted our clients in dealing with their Divorce, Domestic Violence, Child Support, Child Custody and Visitation, Spousal Support, Military Family Issues, Division of Property, Paternity, Restraining Orders and their Immigration matters.. We offer a free half an hour initial consultation to know each other and to determine if we are a good fit to challenge your legal issues. We conveniently offer consultations Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday upon approval. Our office is located a few steps on the north side and across from the Vista Courthouse.. At our firm, we understand that we are not going through the best economic phase of our Country's economic history, for this reason we offer employed clients the flexibility to make a payment plan.. Friendly staff of attorney, Paralegal, and legal assistants are available to assist clients with their legal needs.
