Since its founding in 2004, the firm represented hundreds of divorce and child custody clients ranging from clients with multi-million dollar estates to pro bono custody cases that needed immediate attention. Ronda's litigation expertise began as an attorney with a prestigious West L.A. Family Law firm.. Over the last decade, Ronda has built a growing clientele through her ability to connect on an emotional level with clients and whenever possible, achieve out of court settlements for the good of all parties involved. Her remarkable results in this area come from twelve years of work in higher education where she counseled and mentored minority students, mostly from single-parent homes.
