Paul T. Moxley is a shareholder in the Durham Jones & Pinegar's litigation section. Mr. Moxley has been engaged in the practice of law since 1973 and handles all sorts of complex matters including securities litigation, civil and criminal, products liability matters, intellectual property and a wide array of commercial litigation. Following law school, he was a law clerk to David Lewis who was Chief Judge of the Tenth Circuit for the United States Circuit Court..
