“Our client was seriously injured in a collision. In order to avoid costly litigation expense we made a demand slightly less than the policy limit. The carrier claimed numerous policy defenses. Jim prepared an excellent brief in response to the dismissal motion and before the hearing the carrier paid. The brief and response was so well done the carrier initiated settlement without waiting for oral argument. Jim's reputation and excellent work caused this settlement. Jim was personal, friendly a pleasure to work with and I would gladly recommend him to any attorney or client.”
